General Questions
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Digital products / license keys: delivered via email within 5 – 30 minutes after purchase (depending on system load).
Physical DVDs / discs: shipped via Royal Mail within 1–2 working days, with tracking.
International orders may take longer depending on destination.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). All payments are processed securely.
Orders & Delivery
Q: Can I track my physical shipment? Yes — once dispatched, we provide tracking information so you can monitor delivery.
Q: What if I haven’t received my digital key? Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us — we’ll resend it.
Refunds & Returns
Q: Can I get a refund on digital products? Due to the nature of digital goods, software license keys are non-returnable once delivered, unless proven faulty. If you believe your key is invalid or not functioning, contact us within 7 days with details.
Q: What about physical products? You may return unused physical items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they remain in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
